about

Well, like it says. Two decades after the band was torn asunder, we reunited for a one-off concert.... no, a one-off performan... no, that's not right either - how 'bout we call it a drunken revelry amongst friends of old?

And there was much rejoicing!

Given their remarkable innate powers of hearing, 'tis truly a miracle that no rabbits were harmed in the filming of this movie.

If memory serves, this was set one in its entirety. You'd think, seeing as we hadn't been together for two decades, that we'd get better as the night wore on. However, I'm pretty sure we sabotaged this natural course with the infusion of mass quantities of alcohol. There may be recordings of the other sets around -- I'll rummage for 'em -- but my guess is that this is as good as can be got from this particular shindig.

But what we lacked in tightness -- or even the general knowledge of the A/B/C structure of the tunes presented -- was more than made up for in the camaraderie and joy of good friends reuniting to share some music.

We lost Mark on Monday, 2010 July 26th. Godspeed, buddy.
